We will replace any product that arrives in a damaged or faulty condition (as per our delivery policy).
If you believe goods were damaged in transit please discuss with Australia Post first, then notify our Customer Service team on-line or call our customer service number 0491356255 within 3 days of goods arrival. We will arrange for return of goods and replacement in an appropriate manner.
Our policy requires you to return the goods in its original packaging for examination - Original postage costs will not be reimbursed nor will return postage costs, unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered.
