"Duck Shit Tea” - is a Premium Oolong Tea from the misty slopes of Phoenix Mountain, Guangdong Province in China . Its real name is “Ya Shi Xiang”

Now, before you wrinkle your nose—no ducks were harmed, involved, or even slightly offended in the making of this tea. As the story goes, the name comes from a clever Chinese farmer who, worried his neighbours might steal his precious tea plants, told them he used “Duck Shit” to cultivate the plants. It worked at the time.

This premium Oolong is picked from a single grove or bush giving it a hyper-local character and a distinctive, rich floral fragrance that belies its rather unfortunate name.
